Deputies say a Stanley resident was arrested for making a terroristic threat after an investigation that started on October 24th.
Russell Leonard Carlson, 44, was charged with making a terroristic threat after events that happened around October 24th. He’s accused of threatening to commit crimes against probation workers.
He emailed them and made threats toward them that made the workers fearful for their physical safety.
Carlson was taken into custody after being found at a location on Route 5, hiding from authorities.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
