Deputies report the arrest of a Prattsburgh man following an incident on Doris Lane.
James Holst, 46, was arrested for DWI and operating with a BAC over 0.08%.
The charges stem from an incident where Holst was said to be intoxicated.
He was released on appearance tickets to answer the charges at a later date.
