In less than 10 days the deadline will arrive for bids on a 1.4-acre parcel the Town of Seneca Falls has been trying to sell for a decade.
The former town hall building located at 10 Fall Street, near VanCleef Lake, is a two-story office building with 9,680 square feet of space.

It has municipal water and sewer service. It’s also considered a part of the downtown business district.
The Town Board is seeking proposals to provide the best long-term benefit to the community.
Proposals will be judged on neighborhood impact, job creation and/or economic impact, sustainability, best use, and purchase price.
Proposals are due by October 24th at 5 p.m.
