The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Palmyra man following an investigation into a domestic incident.
It happened Saturday evening around 9:30 p.m., according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.
Kent Schneider, 73, of Palmyra was arrested for harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
He’s accused of striking a juvenile during that incident.
He was arrested and taken to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment. The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
