Police: Rochester duo sold crack cocaine in Canandaigua

Police arrested a Rochester duo following a drug investigation in the city of Canandaigua.

According to a news release, Sammy Blythers, 37, and James Johnson, 38, both of Rochester were arrested and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance.


The felony charges stem from the duo selling crack cocaine in the city.

They were taken into custody without incident and processed on the charges.

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and Geneva Police Department assisted in the investigation.
