Waterloo man accused of choking victim during domestic incident

A Waterloo man was arrested after a domestic dispute on Wednesday.

According to a news release, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested Lawrence Wolcott Jr., 39, of Waterloo for criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment.

Charges allege that Wolcott choked a male during a domestic incident, to the point where he could not properly breathe.

Wolcott was held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility and is pending arraignment.
