It’s alleged that Rivera-Perez subjected a 5-year-old female to sexual contact at their formerly shared residence in the town of Sodus.

The victim’s mother notified Troopers of the incident and an extensive investigation ensued. This investigation also led to the discovery of an assault rifle and a high capacity magazine, which were seized.
