A 20-year-old man was recently arrested for causing over $28,000 in damages to a facility in Bath.
Village of Bath Police say Jordan J. Burgado was arrested on August 23, 2022 for an active warrant out against him.
Burgado allegedly caused almost $30,000 in damage to a residential facility in Bath.
He was arrested on one charge of Criminal Mischief in the second degree, a class D felony.
According to WETM, Burgado was transported to Steuben County Jail where he was arraigned and released without bail. Burgado will appear in Bath Village Court at a late date.
