The City of Geneva is looking for two community members to serve as representatives on the Ontario County Board of Supervisors.
According to a city update on Tuesday, applicants must live in either Ward 1 or 2.
Those selected will be tasked with representing Geneva with the city’s first and second wards in mind.
Anyone interested can mail a letter of intent and resume to Geneva City Clerk Lori Guinan at 47 Castle Street in Geneva.
The deadline for applications is August 31, 2022. Interviews will be held in early September.

The Board of Supervisors is the legislative body for Ontario County. The board includes one supervisor representing each of the county’s 16 towns and two supervisors each representing the cities of Canandaigua and Geneva.
Board positions are weighted based on the population of the town, ward or district they represent.
The Board of Supervisors meets on the third Thursday of every month. The board is temporarily meeting at 74 Ontario Street, Board of Supervisor Chamber, 2nd Floor in Canandaigua.
