ALDI will open another store in the City of Ithaca at 2309 North Triphammer Road, the company announced on Thursday.
The new Ithaca location opens on Thursday, September 1 at 9 a.m.
The store will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The new location is part of the grocery store’s plan to open 150 new stores in the U.S. by the end of this year.
The first 100 customers will receive a gift card as part of the ALDI Golden Ticket gift card giveaway program, the company says.
Shoppers can also enter a sweepstake for a chance to win a $500 ALDI gift card.
“Our stores are designed to make grocery shopping smarter, faster and easier, and we’ve been voted the price leader for five years running,” said Aaron Sumida, Tully regional vice president for ALDI. “We have served this community for more than 24 years and are excited to continue to offer Ithaca residents an affordable way of shopping.”
The company says its expansion effort this year are on track to make ALDI the third-largest grocery retailer in the country by count.
ALDI has another location at 505 Third Street in downtown Ithaca.
