The Tin Can Tourists, a vintage trailer and camper club, will showcase vintage camping trailers from all over the northeast this September at Sampson State Park in Romulus.
The 15th annual Northeast Rally will feature nearly 100 campers at the event set for September 15-18, 2022.

Over 100 vintage campers to check out at Open House on September 17
According to its website, Tin Can Tourists was formed in 1919 to “unite fraternally all autocampers.”
Today, the organization holds rallies across the country to gather, socialize and show off their campers, said the group in a release.

The public is invited to a free open house on Saturday, September 17, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Sampson State Park.
Visitors can check out the interiors of a wide variety of makes and models and reminisce with the owners as they walk through the display of “rolling history.”
The Jubilee Food Trailer will also be there Saturday. For more information, visit www.scarletfirepizzatour.com.
Although entries for the event are sold out for this year, visit this website for updates on the 2023 event.
