A Rochester man was arrested following investigation into a male passed out behind the wheel in Victor on Saturday.
According to a news release, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested Marlon O. Hibbert, 35, of Rochester for felony driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation, and multiple vehicle and traffic law violations.
Deputies responded to the Speedway in Victor for the report of a male passed out behind the wheel at the gas pump. While responding to the incident, the vehicle left the scene traveling Eastbound. Deputies located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. Upon investigation, deputies detected signs of intoxication. Hibbert was subjected to standardized field sobriety testing and failed. He was then transported to the Ontario County Jail and provided a breath sample, yielding a BAC of .12%.
Hibbert will return to the Town of Farmington Court at a later date.
