Deputies say one person was sent to the hospital after a motor vehicle crash in Sodus on Friday.
Owen Moore, 16, of Lyons was traveling north on South Geneva Road when he approached the intersection with Route 104. He failed to yield the right of way, according to deputies, who say a motorcycle traveling west collided with him.
The motorcycle was operated by Scott Wisnowski, who was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital. Moore was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
Deputies were assisted by the Wallington Fire Department, Sodus Town Ambulance, Silver Waters Ambulance, and Wayne County ALS.
