Cayuga, Cortland, and Seneca counties report wind damage after thunderstorms on Thursday

While a tornado was reported in a thunderstorm that rolled through Wyoming County causing a significant amount of damage- another storm brought wind damage to Cortland, Cayuga, and Seneca counties.

Communities in Southern Cayuga and Seneca counties also reported wind damage.

Several homes around the city of Cortland had noticeable damage, according to local reports. Trees were also reported down in the city of Cortland, too.

No injuries were reported in any of the instances. Miraculously, even in the tornado-confirmed cell, where a barn roof was ripped off- no injuries were reported.
