Disorderly conduct arrest in Ithaca

An Ithaca man was arrested Wednesday after reportedly kicking another man in the head and fleeing arrest.

Ithaca Police were called to the 300 block of West State Street on July 20 for a report of two males fighting, said the department in a statement.

When police arrived, they report seeing one male on the ground while the other male suspect, identified as Devon D. Welch, 25, was reportedly kicking the other male in the head.
