State Police arrest Auburn woman for driving while intoxicated

An Auburn woman was arrested after report of a property damage accident.

According to a news release, State Police arrested Ashley S. Bench, 40, of Auburn for driving while intoxicated.

Troopers responded to a property damage accident on Willow Brook Road in the Town of Fleming. Upon investigation, Bench was found to be operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Bench will appear in the Town of Fleming Court at a later date.
