Governor Brian Kemp signed House Bill 1302 into law back in March.

What people get will depend on their filing status in 2020 and 2021.
Taxpayers will automatically receive payment once they submit their 2021 state tax return.
Single filers or married filing separately filers will see payments worth $250.

Head of household filers will see payments worth $375.
Married filing joint filers will see payments of $500.
If you filed for tax return ahead of the passing of this bill, you will still get the payment.
There is no need to amend your tax return.
