A Geneva man was arrested after an investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

An investigation revealed Hill completed a New York State Sex Offender Change of Address Form using a false address. He then submitted the form to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

Hill was issued an appearance ticket and will answer charges at a later date.
