The Board of Supervisors has named Justin Bayliss as the new Director of Long Term Care at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation (LCCNR), effective June 13, 2022.
Since 2007, Bayliss has worked at the Wyoming County Skilled Nursing Facility, where he most recently served as the Director of Quality, Reimbursement and Skilled Nursing Facility Rehabilitation Services. He has a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University and a certificate in Long Term Care Administration from St. Joseph’s College. Bayliss is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, has a certification as a resident assessment coordinator (RAC-CT), and is a certified LEAN professional.
As Director of Long Term Care, Bayliss looks forward to supporting financial management, safety, quality outcomes, engagement, and the well-being of LCCNR residents and staff members.
Bayliss said, “At Wyoming County Community Health System, I was able to grow as a leader and further develop skills necessary to provide successful outcomes to the residents of Wyoming County. Although I am going to miss my colleagues, I couldn’t be more excited for this new chapter in my career. I’m looking forward to working with the team at the LCCNR and can’t wait to see where this role takes me. I’m looking forward to assisting the team in providing a truly wonderful and enjoyable environment for the residents of the region.”
County Administrator Ian M. Coyle stated, “Justin is a true professional who has a passion for long term care, a commitment to serving the community, and excellent business acumen. In addition, he is 100% committed to upholding standards of excellence in quality of care.”
Outside of the office, Bayliss enjoys golfing, trying new restaurants, attending Buffalo Bills games, but most importantly spending quality time with family and friends.
