Police say a Penn Yan man was arrested following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Peter W. Hin, 61, of Penn Yan for failure to answer a summons out of the City of Corning.
The traffic stop was initiated when police observed Hin operating a vehicle under a suspended license.
Hin will answer charges at Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
