Police arrested two people after an investigation into a child found without clothing outside in the village of Penn Yan.
According to a news release, Markisha Tyler-Flores, 35, and Andrew Kemp, 38, both of Penn Yan were charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges stem from an incident wehre a 3-year-old child was found outside a village residence walking across the street without supervision. The child was also found to be naked.
Both Kemp and Tyler-Flores were inside the residence and issued appearance tickets.
