The company has seen annual fuel costs rise by almost 50% from 2020 to 2021. Dominion Energy has agreed not to raise rates again until July 2023.
It is expected to cost customers about $6.53 more per month and about $78 per year. You could already be seeing changes in your bill as it went into effect May 1.
