Police report the arrest of a Rushville woman following a complaint at the Canandaigua Walmart.
According to a news release, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department arrested Stephanie M. Mogan, 23, of Rushville for petit larceny.
Mogan was found to have exited the Walmart store with merchandise totaling $197.45 without rendering payment.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will return to the Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
