Police report the arrest of a Rochester woman following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, State Police out of Williamson arrested Esther B. Rubinow, 25, of Rochester for driving while intoxicated.
Rubinow was driving erratically in the town of Williamson and was pulled over by troopers. She failed a series of roadside sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated and was issued citations for multiple traffic violations.
She will respond at the Town of Williamson Court on a later date.
