State Police report the arrest of four individuals for burglary.
Troopers, Chemung County Sheriff’s Deputies, village of Horseheads police and Elmira Heights police arrested Ethan L Stoddard, 21, Ryan-Mykal S. Bacon, 22, Michael A. Jordan, 21, and Joshua M. Anderson-Miller, 22 all from Elmira Heights.
Police responded to Bring Your Skin Tattoo Parlor, in the town of Horseheads for a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, Stoddard was taken into custody and later investigation Bacon, Anderson-Miller, and Jordan were found to be involved. All four were charged with possession of burglar tools and burglary.
The individuals were given appearance tickets and will respond to the Town of Horseheads Court at a later date.
