A Lyons man is accused of pushing and choking a woman in the presence of a three year old child.
The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the arrest of a Lyons man for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment 2nd.
Deputies arrested Terell Martinez, age 23, of Shuler Street in the Town of Lyons. It is alleged that Mr. Martinez pushed and choked a female in front of a 3 year old child during a domestic incident.
Mr. Martinez was held at the Wayne County Jail for Centralized Arraignment on 12/23/21 at 0700 hours and scheduled to appear at the Lyons Town Court on 1/4/22 at 8:30 AM.
