Deputies report the arrest of a Bath man after leaving the scene of a serious injury crash.
Thomas Stark, 23, was arrested after deputies responded to the area of Route 415 in Bath to investigate a collision between a vehicle and bicycle.
The bicyclist was seriously injured, but Stark had fled the scene.
Investigation determined that Stark did not have a license. The bicyclist was airlifted to a nearby trauma center for treatment.
Following investigation Stark was charged with reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of a serious injury crash, and aggravated unlicensed operation.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
