A Sodus man faces charges in connection with a domestic incident.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department says 20 year old Kelsey Nolan flipped over a chair during an argument, causing the other person minor injuries.
Nolan is charged with harassment and criminal mischief.
Nolan was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await Centralized Arraignment. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sodus court at a later date and time to answer to the charges.
