A Waterloo man turned himself in to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department, which had a warrant for his arrest.
36 year old Timothy Torbett was charged with criminal contempt for violating an order of protection.
The alleged incident happened in the town of Waterloo on November 20th.
Torbett is awaiting arraignment in CAP court.
