Deputies report the arrest of a Lyons man following a domestic incident on William Street.
Jerome Decus, 55, was charged with criminal contempt.
Deputies say he was located at the same residence as his ex-girlfriend. There was an active court order between the two, which prevented him from having contact with her.
He was found in violation of the order and taken into custody without incident.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
