The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on the 22nd of November 2021 around 2:35pm, Sheriff’s Deputies executed an arrest warrant for Timothy Torbitt 36 of Waterloo N.Y.
The charges stem from a domestic incident that occurred on November 20th 2021 in the Town Of Waterloo. The investigation determined that Torbitt had violated a Full Stay Away Order or Protection issued from Waterloo Town Court. Torbitt has been charged with Criminal Contempt in the second degree. Torbitt turned himself in to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office at 2:35pm on November 22nd and is currently awaiting arraignment at Seneca County CAP court.
