Deputies say a Sodus man was taken into custody on a contempt charge after an investigation.
Kevin Clarillo, 25, of Sodus was charged with second-degree contempt after a domestic incident on November 10.
According to deputies, Clarillo intentionally showed up to his ex-girlfriend’s place of employment while she was working – violating the terms of an active court order.
He was taken into custody without incident and will answer the charges at a later date.
