Police say the missing teen that prompted an AMBER Alert to be issued on Monday for an abduction in the city has been cancelled.
The AMBER Alert was cancelled around 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
Police said the teen was found safely.
AMBER Alert issued after teen abducted by group of masked men
An AMBER Alert remains active on Tuesday after a child abduction in the city of Rochester on Monday.
A 14-year-old named James Fernandez Reyes was abducted on Myrtle Street around 4:30 p.m. by a group of 4-5 masked men.
Police said he was taken in a gold SUV with white New York State license plates.
The vehicle was headed north, but not seen afterward.
Fernandez Reyes is described as a hispanic male, about 5’3″ tall, and weighs around 120 lbs. He has brown hair and eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue pants, and white Nike Air Force One’s.
