The new schedule was released for social security payments in 2022 by the Social Security Administration. These will include the latest COLA increase of 5.9%.
Beneficiaries with their birthdate falling on the 1st through the 10th will get their payment the second Wednesday of the month. The first check will be Jan. 12, 2022.
If beneficiaries birthdates are between the 11th and 20th their payments will be the third Wednesday of the month. The first payment will be Jan. 19, 2022.
Beneficiaries with birthdays on the 21st through the 31st will see payments the fourth Wednesday of the month. Their first payment will bed Jan. 26, 2022.

This is the largest COLA increase in almost 40 years to help keep up with inflation.
