Lego recently announced they will be removing gender bias from their toys after a study revealed girls are held back by gender stereotypes.
They want to work toward making their toys more inclusive for all children and not limit them in any way, including gender.
Instead of focusing on gender like boys or girls Legos, the company is shifting to children’s passions and interests.
Product teams and marketing have already been given literature to understand the new tasks.
