Following an investigation in the town of Tuscarora, two people have been charged with sexual offenses and child endangerment.
Kenneth Buchanan, 44, of Addison has been arrested for first degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child, and Carrie Wilkinson, 41, of Addison was arrested for first degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Both individuals were taken to centralized arraignment at the Steuben County Jail.
The charges involved alcohol and a physically helpless person.
