A Manchester resident was arrested on two felony counts after an incident in the city of Canandaigua.
James Grover, 34, was charged with criminal contempt and aggravated family offense – both felonies – after an investigation on South Main Street.
Police were called to the scene of the incident after it had occurred. According to a news release, officers said that Grover made contact with a person protected by a court order.
He was taken into custody and held pending arraignment.
