A man has been arrested in connection with the robbery of a 7-Eleven store in Elmira last July.
Sean M. Battle, 24, of Hornell, has been indicted on one count of second-degree robbery.
On July 22 just before 1 a.m. police responded to a call for a robbery at the location, but Battle had fled the scene.

He remains in custody at Chemung County Jail with a bail of $25,000.
