The Seneca Lake Guardian is able to receive a donation from an anonymous donor who is willing to donate a dollar for dollar match, up to $20,000.
The organization works to protect Seneca Lake.
Its biggest effort right now is the opposition to the expanded bitcoin mining happening at the Greenidge Generation power plant on the west shore of Seneca Lake near Dresden.
