State Police credit a trooper with helping to save a 2-year-old child’s life after falling into a pool.
Meet Sgt. Wildermuth. He helped save a two-year-old after the little boy fell into a pool. Sgt. performed rescue breaths on the child and was able to get him breathing again before he was turned over to the care EMS. The child is back home with his family.

Sgt. Doug Wildermuth performed rescue breaths on a boy after he was pulled from a backyard pool at a home in West Glen Falls.
He was able to get him breathing before EMS took over.
The boy is home and doing well.
