Police say she’s considered a vulnerable adult- and is 83-years-old.
She was last seen in the area of Newark, New Jersey, driving a 2006 Chevrolet Impala.
Her license plate reads KDE-9811.
She’s described as around five feet tall, 110 lbs., and has brown and gray hair.
