Jason Kimbell, 48, of Horseheads is facing charges for sending inappropriate material to a minor.
The charges are disseminating indecent material to a minor, obscenity and endangering the welfare of a child.
Kimbell is accused of sending videos and pictures of a sexual nature to a minor from Lodi, according to Seneca County Sheriff’s deputies.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
He is due back in court later this week.
