Historic Seneca Falls Machine Co. new owners would like to host space for local small businesses

The new owners of the Seneca Falls Machine Co. building located on Fall Street have plans to put their Upstate Party Rental business offices at the location along with marketing the factory area as a small-business incubator, according to an article published by the Finger Lakes Times.

The brick industrial building was purchased by Mike and Karen Wood last September, who have owned Upstate Party Rental since 2001.

After auctioning off the old equipment, they have plans to fill the building with local small businesses to help the community, alongside their party business which rents tents, tables, chairs, bounce houses and items for outdoor party supplies.
