While the Bills have been in contact with Fisher about camp, Sean McDermott did say it would be a “heavy lift” to have the team in Rochester and fully adhere to the NFL’s Covid guidelines.
But, that’s not to say it’s not possible.
McDermott on trying to bring camp to Fisher “I'm a fan of going away to camp. It changes the complexion of operation. We sent staff to Fisher b/c we believe in going away. We have great fans. We're doing our darnedest to see what it takes to pull it off over there." #BillsMafia

McDermott has stressed year after year how important he thinks it is for the team to have time away from Orchard Park, he says it brings a new level to team bonding and development.
