Deputies report the arrest of a Farmington man following an investigation into a complaint.
Timothy Howard, 22, was charged with second-degree menacing after an incident on Loomis Rd.
According to deputies, he was taken into custody without incident. Exact details of the incident were not released by the sheriff’s office.
