Deputies say a 62-year-old was taken into custody after a crash involving a bus from the Sodus Central School District.
There were no children on-board at the time of the crash, according to deputies, who say that Daniel Cahill, 62, of Williamson was identified as the operator.
He showed signs of impairment after the property damage crash and failed field sobriety testing.
He was charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol, operating a commercial vehicle with more than a 0.06% BAC, and received traffic citations for moving from lane unsafely.
Cahill was processed and shielded to answer the charges at a later date.
Deputies say Cahill had a BAC of 0.07%.
