Deputies report the arrest of a Springwater man following a traffic stop on County Road 37 in Bloomfield.
Erik Babcock, 47, was charged with DWI after a traffic stop. His BAC was found to be over the legal limit.
However, deputies did not release his exact blood alcohol content level.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
