City officials announced this week that the farmer’s market that took place off Exchange Street in downtown Geneva is ending.
The pandemic caused a drop-off in vendors and customers, which prompted the city to reconsider its future.
The Saturday market, which happens at the Finger Lakes Welcome Center will continue.
Farmers markets across the region saw struggles like other public events in 2020. Officials say the goal is to bring it back in the future.
