Deputies: Bath driver was intoxicated during traffic stop

The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies arrested a 24-year-old Bath resident following a traffic stop on West Washington St.

It’s alleged that Joseph Musingo, 24, operated a vehicle while intoxicated. He was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC over 0.08%, and consuming an alcoholic beverage while driving.

He was issued traffic tickets.

Deputies say the charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
