Deputies say two Ontario County men were arrested following an investigation into the theft of more than $13,000 from a Lyons resident last year.
The thefts took place between July 2019 and June 2020, according to deputies, who took 38-year-old Matthew Henderson and 37-year-old Jaime Musgrove into custody.
They are accused of stealing more than $13,000 from the victim by using her debit card without knowledge or permission.
They turned themselves in at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where they were arraigned and released.
Both face a felony grand larceny charge, which will be answered at a later date in local court.
